My name is Kateřina and I photograph dogs. Not in a studio against a backdrop, but outdoors – in the fog above a lake, in knee-deep grass, on a summit they climbed with us.
I spend most weekends travelling with my own pack. They taught me patience, how to read light and above all that the best photos happen when a dog feels at home.
I take my time with every session. First we get to know each other and go for a walk, and only then do I take out the camera. The result isn’t posed pictures but memories – of your dog exactly as they are.
